Gingerbread Cookie Dough

A cozy combination of cinnamon, ginger and cloves make up this classic holiday treat. This is a decadent vanilla custard ice cream with tasty bites of gingerbread cookie dough.

$2 from every pint sold in December will be donated to 2-Spirited People of the 1st Nations, a local Toronto charity. They provide prevention education and support for 2-Spirit, including First Nations, metis and Inuit people living with or at risk for HIV and related co-infections in the Greater Toronto Area. They base their work on indigenous philosophies of wholistic health and wellness.
