A traditional dessert that dates back to the 18th century with an ice cream spin. This is a warm vanilla custard cooked with the subtle flavours of cinnamon and lemon then loaded with puff pastry flakes.
Ingredients: Heavy Cream, Whole Milk, Sugar, Egg Yolks, Puff Pastry (Flour, Butter, Shortening, Salt), Milk Powder, Salt, Vanilla Extract, Lemon Zest, Cinnamon.
