When do we deliver?

Orders will be delivered on Sundays within an approximate window of 2pm to 6pm. You will receive a text message when your order is picked up, and it will be delivered within 90 minutes of this text.
CUTOFF TIMES FOR SAME-WEEK DELIVERY: All orders placed by 11:59pm on Saturday will go out on the Sunday of the same week (so if you order on Saturday, it would be delivered the next day).

Where do we deliver?

The delivery radius is approximately 30kms from our kitchen (most of Toronto). If your address qualifies for delivery, the option will show up at checkout.

Delivery Fees

A flat rate of $5 will apply if your order is $24 or .ore AND the delivery address is within 8kms of our shop.
For orders less than $24 and/or further than 8kms, rates are calculated by our delivery partner. They are based on your location and the distance from our kitchen. You will see the rate when checking out.

Rates range from $8 to around $30.

How does it stay cold?

We have sourced biodegradable freezer packs to keep your ice cream cold during the 90 minute delivery window!
Receiving your delivery

You must be home to receive your delivery.

Our drivers will attempt to hand you the package; if this is not possible, orders will be left at your door or with a concierge. You will receive a text when the driver has dropped off your ice cream.

To avoid melting, please pick up your order right away and put it in the freezer! Melted ice cream can not only cause textural damage and iciness, it can also pose a risk for food poisoning if it's been out of the freezer long enough.

If something comes up and you won't be home to receive your order, please let us know in advance! We will work with you to reschedule the delivery or provide alternate arrangements.
