Snickerdoodle Supreme

A winning collaboration with local cookie makers Courage Cookies. We've created a brown butter and spiced custard ice cream loaded with chunks of the classic snickerdoodle cookie. YUM!!! 

Ingredients: Heavy Cream, Courage Cookies Snickerdoodles,* Whole Milk, Brown Sugar, Egg Yolks, Unsalted Butter, Milk Powder, Salt, Spices.

*Snickerdoodle Ingredients: All Purpose Flour, Brown Sugar, White Sugar, Cream of Tartar, Baking Soda, Salt, Whole Eggs, Vanilla, Cinnamon.
